Dear Parents,

I wish all of you a very happy New Year as we enter 2006. I wanted to give all students the opportunity to have one additional day to study for the 43 President Test, which I postponed until Wednesday, 1/4/06. Please look over the grade your child received on the President Test prior to Christmas Break. I apologize about the grade posting error that took place before Christmas Break and I have made sure there is no problem in this posting period.

The 43 President Test was a large test that students knew about for over two weeks prior to Christmas Break. The President instrumental and lyric songs are located on the downloads page to help all students practice for the President Test. We have also practiced numerous times for this test during class time.

Please discuss with your child how important it is to study for the test on the original date if they didn't do too well prior to Christmas. Most students either received 100% or a really low grade because this was a memorization test. We have now finished Chapter 9 and will start Chapter 10 this week.
